This session focuses on the Stockbridge-Munsee Community’s Tribal compost and garden programs; created to improve access to healthy food within the community while reducing food waste generated. The virtual tour will take viewers through the complete cycle. The audience will get to see a behind the scenes look at the entire process of compost collection and management, to growing and distributing fruits and vegetables. Successes and challenges will be discussed along the way, as well as plans for the future.
