This presentation was recorded in July 2022 as part of the Tribal Superfund Working Group meetings. EPA provides an overview of how EPA evaluates a site for listing on the National Priority List (NPL) followed by specific examples associated with recently listed sites: Bradford Island (federal facility) and Henryetta Iron & Metal (private site). Tribal representatives also share their experience with the process.
