This session is a follow-up from the 2/11/20 R call. Angie discusses the work she is doing to create an RMarkdown template for the Penobscot Nation’s annual water quality Tribal Assessment Report. The template:
• Uses Ryan Avery’s (UCSB) code to make custom maps
• Use inline code, similar to what Kunal Marwaha showed on the last call
• Make summary tables using the kable package that Barbara Monaco mentioned at the end of the last call
• Create an html document that has an automatically generated floating table of contents
• Bring in images
