Continue working with Angie to put together the lessons from previous calls! For this session, she continues to review her RMarkdown template for the Penobscot Nation’s annual water quality Tribal Assessment Report. The template incorporates:

• Ryan Avery’s code from the 1/30/20 call to make custom maps (https://github.com/rbavery/ITEP_tutorials)

• The inline code like Kunal Marwaha showed on the 2/11/20 call (look for the Test.Rmd file in https://github.com/rbavery/ITEP_tutorials)

• Making summary tables using the kable package that Barbara Monaco mentioned at the end of the 2/11/20 call

• Creating an html document that has an automatically generated floating table of contents

• Bringing in images

• Plotting graphs
