The intended audience is Tribes who are engaged in or interested in Tribal plant and seed growing operations for restoration work. It will be a panel discussion with one Tribal grower, one restoration field work lead, and one Tribal government native plant and seeds program coordinator, facilitated by Gloria Tom. Gloria formerly worked at Navajo Nation Fish and Wildlife Department and is now the Tribal Policy Direction at the National Wildlife Foundation. Attendees will gain knowledge of successful examples of Tribal plant and seed operations and how they can positively impact restoration work. It will be a lively discussion facilitated by a knowledgeable elder and expert.
