EPA's Assessment, Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Tracking and Implementation System, or ATTAINS, is used for water quality assessment decisions. This presentation overviews the Tribal ATTAINS Mentorship Project, which was created to support a pilot project to train and mentor Tribes to use the system.
