The intended audience of this
virtual session is for anyone involved in managing environmental information
operations projects.
This session will address the
importance of the Agency’s Quality Program and the benefits of including
quality assurance (QA) requirements in environmental information operation
projects and also address the risk of not incorporating QA requirements. This
session will share information from a National Program Office perspective and
address Regional implementation of QA requirements.
This session will provide a deep
dive of common key QA terms and requirements to include the Quality Management
Plan (QMP) and QA Project Plan (QAPP) Standards. It will also include examples
of projects and the application of the Agency’s QA requirements, while
incorporating the activities of communications, training, and reporting.
