This presentation will describe the tribal Brownfields program at the Tulalip Tribes of Washington. I will show how Tulalip meets the EPA-required programmatic requirements, supports and uses the Tulalip Indigenous Justice Team to develop our program and the clean-up and re-development efforts taken since we started the program in 2021. The intended audience are other tribes wanting to start or expand their Brownfield programs.
