This presentation was delivered as part of the Tribal Lands and Environment Forum: Virtual Gathering in August 2021 by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
The Class C training video was developed primarily to assist UST owners and operators, in Indian country, meet the 2015 federal UST regulation that required operators demonstrate their UST knowledge prior to selling fuel.
