Contracting with Contractors - the Nuts and Bolts & the Do's and Don’ts

This session will focus on best practices when hiring and retaining an environmental consultant. I want my attendees to learn what they should be looking for when they need to hire a consultant, including basic due diligence protocols, contracting language to include in any consultant agreement, and how to choose the right consultant for you. This will be via PowerPoint presentation which will be designed, along with other materials, for the attendees to take back and use as guidance when retaining an environmental consultant.
