In this session EPA will discuss a pilot program specifically designed to simultaneously facilitate the EPA’s communications with tribes about UST inspections, compliance assistance, noncompliance, and civil enforcement and help enable the Agency to address noncompliance in a timely and expeditious manner. The proposed Pilot focuses on tribal facilities.
