Details: In Indian Country, medium-large scale spills of hazardous materials occur at the intersection of the Oil Pollution Act / CERCLA and 128(a) Tribal Response Programs. Federal, state, and private sector spill response teams are ready to roll when the phone rings – this presentation examines how a tribal response program can ensure they plug into time-critical response actions not merely as an observer but as a fully vested member of Unified Command.
This presentation was recorded on August 17, 2017 at the Tribal Lands and Environment Forum.
