Presenters Jessica Jock, Sateiokwen Bucktooth, Jay Wilkins, and Jessica Raspitha from the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe provide an overview of the Grasse River Superfund site and share how they incorporated plant knowledge into the restoration process. They highlight the interdisciplinary partnerships that played a key role in securing native and culturally significant seed mixes and explain the reasons behind establishing a native plant nursery in order to supply plants for future restoration projects.
