This session will provide participants an interactive overview of mitigation actions to reduce the impacts of disaster, with an opportunity to develop a short communication strategy or plan to communicate the risk of natural hazards. Participants will guide this strategy with the hazard of their choosing, and will be provided with worksheets, slides, and factsheets.
