The National
Tribal Water Council hosted an informational webinar on
EPA’s proposed revisions to the Clean Water Act 401 Certification on October 1, 2019. The informational webinar provided on overview on EPA's proposed rule to implement Clean Water Act section 401, its implications for tribes, and asked questions from tribal representatives. The
proposed rule would replace and modernize the existing water quality
certification regulations.
