TRAINING: The USEPA SPCC Inspection Process (Federal SPCC inspection process, Common SPCC plan and implementation deficiencies, and how to obtain Federal Oil Inspector SPCC Credentials) (part 2)

The objective of this course is to provide an in-depth overview of AST systems. This course will include content on AST: Design (shop built versus field erected), Components/Terminology, Inspection procedures (visual and nondestructive tests), Specifications and standards, Appurtenances, Typical problem areas, Inspection report review guidance, and History. The course will be instructed by the EPA national AST/SPCC subject matter expert (SME). The target audience is tribal: inspectors, planners, fire officials, code officials, Tribal Emergency Response Commissions & Tribal Emergency Planning Committee members, environmental staff and AST owners and/or operators.
