The presentation will provide a brief overview of the SPCC inspection process and common plan and field deficiencies. The presentation will be led by the national SPCC Program Manager. The objective of the course is to provide both an overview of the SPCC inspection process and a practical guide using actual inspection photographs to show problems encountered in the field. The course is for persons with no SPCC experience and for seasoned field practitioners of AST spill prevention and response. The course will also discuss the resources available for tribal representatives to obtain USEPA SPCC credentials.
