The target audience is Tribes to which federally-owned land is slated to be transfer. The session, which will use Powerpoint slides and Q&A, will discuss the notification requirements of CERCLA Section 120(h) and 40 CFR 373. The session will review the eight environmental condition of property types and the methods used to make those determinations.
