This short video provides an overview of the Equitable Resilience Builder, a free downloadable tool for inclusive resilience planning. ERB provides a process where planners can center local knowledge, acknowledge differential vulnerabilities, address social and environmental inequalities, and pay attention to the distribution of the benefits and costs of resilience. It is intended to be used by a core team from local agencies and/or community organizations.
