What We Do:
Ā· Collaboration - Holds two in-person meetings annually, conducts monthly conference calls, and works to address priority water issues impacting Indian Country.
Ā· Information Exchange and Outreach ā Works to enhance involvement in regional, national, and work group meetings, conducts informational webinars, and develops training or informational sessions for the Tribal Lands and Environment Forum.
Ā· Policy Response Kits ā Develops a response to water related policies and initiatives that impact Tribes, the Council, in collaboration with subject matter and legal experts. Policy response kit includes a comment letter, template comment letter, and fact sheet.
